After a dynamic Fruit Logistica in Berlin, we reflect on our successful participation and collaboration between the Normec entities: Normec Groen Agro Control, Normec Maas Goodacre, Normec Innovative Fresh, and Normec QC One. The event, from 7 to 9 February, gave us the opportunity to support and improve the fresh produce sector as a collective with our combined services.
At Fruit Logistica, we highlighted the collaboration between our divisions. Normec Groen Agro Control showcased the importance of thorough laboratory research for the quality and safety of fresh produce. Normec Innovative Fresh demonstrated how we measure quality from a consumer’s point of view. The Normec Maas Goodacre team shared their extensive knowledge with customers; and Normec QC One showed how their quality control software enhances the efficiency of daily checks.
The interaction at our stand was living proof of the strength of our integrated approach. Visitors were excited about the possibility of covering all aspects of fresh produce quality assurance with one partner. Our experts shared insights, discussed new trends; and worked with customers and partners to address challenges with our expertise. For example, Groen Agro Control is the first accredited laboratory for PFAS research.
We explored the latest technologies, including AI and the importance of data collection. The positive feedback on our software and the interest in our services confirm the demand for advanced solutions. At Normec, we are constantly striving to innovate in order to provide our customers with the highest quality of care in the industry. QC One explores how AI can enable objective quality control.
Fruit Logistica was more than just an opportunity to present our services; it was a platform for exchanging ideas and strengthening relationships. Our conversations underlined the broad interest in what we offer at Normec. Our successful participation confirms that our collaboration not only enriches our services, but also lays a solid foundation for future developments in the fresh produce sector.
