All foods should be safe to consume. We do not want to eat something that is contaminated with pathogens (micro-organisms) or contains harmful substances. When a product meets the food safety criteria, you can assume that you will not get sick. All food manufacturers must therefore ensure that food safety is properly guaranteed, for example by conducting lab research. We are happy to help you with that!
