Memo Module

The processing of reports from, for example, management reviews, recall tests, validations, verifications and the HACCP team consultation is one of the many activities of a quality department. Thanks to the memo function, it is possible to digitise this reporting. This can be done by using the online editor or by adding the report to the memo. Actions that arise from the report can be created directly, so that they are linked to the memo. Actions are automatically included in the central action list.

Memo in three steps

You can draw up a digital memo in just three steps:

1. Determine which subject the memo belongs to and specify who can edit, view and approve the memo.
2. Type your report in the online editor or add the report directly as an attachment.
3. Add any actions that appear in the central action list.

In this way you can record reports for all kinds of subjects, such as recalls, verifications, validations, management reviews, internal audits, external audits, pest inspections and food defence. During a BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000 audit or NVWA inspection you can quickly show which outstanding and completed actions originated from quality reports, audits and inspections.

Real-time overview

As a quality department, you have a real-time overview of current, completed and approvable memos. In the overview you can immediately see how many actions are still open for a memo. In this way you can make timely arrangements with action holders and prevent reports and actions from being left open unnecessarily.
