Challenge Test

A challenge test is a very specific investigation. Through this test, we investigate to what extent a micro-organism can grow in your product. We do this by deliberately adding micro-organisms. A common challenge test is the spread of Listeria monocytogenes. Challenge tests can serve to meet the requirements described in info sheet 85.
