During the product module on exotic fruit, the following topics will be covered:
During this product module, both theoretical knowledge and practical skills are tested. Of these, at least 70% must be satisfactory. When the module is completed with sufficient results (at least a 6.0 for the practical exam) the student receives a certificate and grade list. The study load for this course is 3 hours per exam. There will be 3 exams.
The certificate of the fruit and vegetable quality officer course and the fruit and vegetable quality assurance inspector course are recognized by the AGF Groothandelsbranche
(Handel Groeit).
