International label checks

If you produce food for countries outside the Netherlands, you sometimes have to deal with additional national legislation of the country in question in addition to Regulation (EU) no. 1169/2011. We can check for you whether your product complies with this legislation and whether additional information is necessary.

We also help you translate labels and specifications. This way you avoid fines and refusal of your products in these countries. Do you have a label in multiple languages? We can also check these for you. We work using the four eyes principle, which means that each check is carried out by two labelling specialists. After our analysis you will receive a report listing any deviations and advice.

Free tool “Check your label”

Would you prefer to check yourself whether your label complies? The “Check your label” card is a free tool for applying Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011. Request the card here.

Baseline measurement for quality system

Would you like to gain insight into the current organisation and/or the quality system? We help you with this by performing a baseline measurement. We will also give you the steps necessary to improve it. We can, in consultation with you, perform a baseline measurement on the entire quality system (for example in the form of an internal audit). But also in a specific process or department.

Improve activities

By performing a baseline measurement you gain insight into the inefficiencies within your company. It also provides input for the executive and management team and the business plan. A baseline measurement thus helps to improve the activities within your company.

Having a baseline measurement carried out

A baseline measurement always starts with establishing a starting point where questions arise to which answers must be given. y asking the right questions, a baseline measurement does not have to take long. At the end of a baseline measurement, a report on the findings will come your way In it we set out a timeline for the realisation of a more pragmatic and efficient system.

Transport & Logistics

Are you, as a company, heavily involved with transport, distribution, purchase, sale and storage of manufactured goods? If this is the case, you are likely increasingly confronted with stricter requirements when it comes to quality, food (product) safety and social responsibility. Our QA specialists will be happy to support you with respect to these requirements.

Are you faced with a client’s requirement to comply with a certain quality management system? Or are there certain requirements and procedures you have to deal with? We are happy to help you satisfy these high standards. A quality management system helps you to gain more insight into your company in order to work more efficiently and effectively.

Our services can be divided under four main pillars:

Quality Management Support

Implementation and optimisation of quality standards and international client standards by experienced experts. Consider: IFS logistics, IFS broker, IFS Wholesale, BRC storage & distribution, BRC agents & brokers, ISO9001, ISO22000, ISO14000, IFS HPC, FSSC22000, BIO, etc.

Together we look at which standard best suits your company and design a fully customised system for you. Each standard has its own specific criteria. You can find more information about this under food safety quality standards.

GAP Analysis quality system

Do you want insight into the present-day identity, the intended identity and the image of your organisation and services? We can help you with this by carrying out a GAP analysis for you. We use a GAP analysis to make a comparison between an existing and a favoured situation.

A GAP analysis is a useful starting point for many organisations. It is carried out in order to ascertain what still needs to be done to meet a certain standard and/or requirement.

Current situation vs envisioned target

During a GAP Analysis, our experts look at where you currently stand as a company and/or quality service and where you ultimately want to go. The current situation is weighed up against the envisioned target. Ideal when it comes to knowing what you still have to do during an implementation or optimisation process. This may revolve around a specific standard, for example. Consider the GFSI standards that are regularly subject to amendments. But also, for example, customer requirements, digitalisation processes, etc.

Organised plan of action

During this audit, we set out an organised plan of action. This is how we provide insight into the strengths and weaknesses and describe how you can optimise existing processes. Our specialists have the prerequisite expertise and are up to date with the latest standards and requirements. This ensures that you will always be in compliance with the latest legislation.
