Is one tomato variety sweeter than another? How does an A-brand compare to a house brand? Is my product better than that of my competitor? Does a small change in the specification have an observable effect on the quality? Consumers partly base their supermarket purchase on the quality of the product. As such, it is important that you know how the quality of one product compares to that of another.
Choices made in the production process, supply chain, packaging and e.g. recipe, can lead to differences in quality. By using a figures-based approach to help gain insight into these choices, you can better tailor products to the consumer’s quality requirements.
In order to be able to compare products properly, we collect them from suppliers or the distribution centre, or buy them in the supermarket.
Our reports are short and to the point, so that they can be implemented immediately after the evaluation has taken place. Supermarket chains and their suppliers use these reports to analyse the quality of their products and to implement improvements in the supply chain.
