Food Fraud Plan

In the food fraud plan, it is determined with the help of the identified risks from the VACCP inventory which measures can be taken to safeguard the risks. Products and processes that pose a high risk will be the starting point of the food fraud plan.

Measures

The plan will define the measures, after which they will be implemented and executed. Possible measures to ensure the risks are:

  • Implementing supplier audits
  • Analysing products, for example analysing DNA in meat.
  • Performing a mass balance. For example, it assesses whether the incoming and outgoing kilograms of biological product correspond.
