Ideal for employees of AGF trading and processing companies, marketing organizations, grower associations, central distribution centers, and large retail companies.
Our basic course for AGF Commercial and Warehouse Employees is specially designed for Commercial and/or Warehouse employees of AGF wholesale and processing companies. The courses are modular and can be customized based on the specific tasks of the employees.
As a participant, you receive more than just training. Apart from the training days, you will be immersed in the course material. Before the learning journey begins, you will receive your personal login details for the Learning Experience Platform: Normec Academy. In this personalized learning environment, you will find all the information, including preparatory assignments, course materials, and the location and dates of the training. Additionally, the learning journey comprises several components, all accessible through Normec Academy:
Preparatory Assignment: Before the training, you will receive preparatory questions and assignments.
Intermediate Assignments: Keep your knowledge up-to-date.
On-site training is possible.
Q&A: Stay in contact with each other and the trainer during and after the training.
Brainsnacks: Short learning moments for a year after the training to keep your knowledge up-to-date.
